Why we chose Agua Verde? Due to its challenging access, Agua Verde has remained nearly ‘as pristine as it always has been,’ resisting development and tourism for decades. We understand this might not last forever, so we are thrilled to introduce true nature lovers to Agua Verde and its surrounding areas.

In Agua Verde, you can experience the Baja of the past.

This unspoiled coastline is framed by the spectacular Sierra de la Giganta mountains, covered with incredible desert vegetation, predominantly cacti. The ocean is incredibly clear, with the white sand bottom giving the water its stunning green hue, hence the name “Agua Verde.”

Our base camp is family-friendly, and
the entertainment is purely nature activities, such as
kayaking, snorkeling, hiking and/or simply relaxing on the beach.

We have a daily itinerary of activities that we highly recommend participating in, although they are ‘not’ mandatory. Enjoying the beach, swimming, or reading a book are always relaxing options as well.

A boat trip to Isla Monserrat… one of the most pristine islands of the Loreto Bay National Park, is also included.

At Campamento Agua Verde, we provide:

• All meals from the day we pick you up at your hotel until we drop you off again.
• All camping equipment, except sleeping bags (available for rent).
• All kayaking equipment.
• Snorkeling gear.
• Wetsuits (though not always necessary).
• Transportation to and from your hotel.
