What Makes Our Whale Camp Trips Special and Different From Other Camps in the Area

Our groups this season will be up to 25 people. We are committed to a high level of customer service.

NATURALIST GUIDED Because we have the opportunity to work with people in an intimate setting, the tours will establish their own rhythm, with desert hikes, mangrove kayaking, and, of course, the whales. Your guides will be available to answer questions, and they are extremely informative.

COMFORTABLE BASE CAMP This season we have CABIN accommodations equipped with single beds, with sheets and bedding. Our cabins are quite spacious for a couple. They each have lighting and charging capabilities provided by their own individual solar panels! We have a large Palapa Dining Room, and Library. Our Cooks are experienced in catering to all dietary needs. We have showers with privacy screens, and well maintained toilet facilities. Our guests find our camps comfortable and agreeable to their needs.

GUIDED KAYAKING & BIRDING ACTIVITIES Our camp is uniquely situated near to the whale observation area and also adjacent to a pristine mangrove estuary. This affords opportunities for kayaking and outstanding bird watching directly from our camp. Guided Group Activities include Kayaking, Birding, Desert Nature Hikes. Guided side trips such as mangrove kayaking and desert nature hikes are easily arranged.

EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE Because our guide to client ratio is high, our staff is available and willing to offer you a high level of customer service. Our cooks are expert at providing delicious, nutricious, meals, which cater to all varieties of food needs and preferences.

SAFETY & EXPERTISE Our camp managers and staff are at home in the wilderness and prepared for any eventuality. Their roots in the Laguna area, and extensive network of local contacts, also helps in creating a secure environment. This season, in addition to comprehensive safety & first aid gear, our camp will have cell phone communication, for emergency use.
